When people picture a bookkeeping firm, they often imagine quiet offices and stacks of files. Since Charidy founded CDC in 2000 at just 19 years old, we've been doing things differently. What began with a spark of ambition and a lot of heart has turned into a firm recognized for our innovative approach and exceptional service.

Led by three women – Charidy, Deidra, and Carey – CDC has grown into one of Saskatchewan's largest bookkeeping firms, with a culture focused on human-first bookkeeping and collaboration.

Our Career Ladder Program provides team members with a clear pathway for growth, with training and support every step of the way. To do this, we actively encourage and support our bookkeepers in getting their CPB (Certified Professional Bookkeeper) designation.
